Terms of use
Effective 28 October 2026.
These terms apply when you use Cupline, an app made by Usul. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you got Cupline from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement for apps also applies; if you got it from Google Play, the Google Play terms of service also apply.
Using the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use Cupline on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The app, its name, design, texts and code stay ours. You do not need an account: the app works under an anonymous ID. We keep improving the app, so features may change, be added or be removed.
Plus subscriptions and purchases
- Some features need Cupline Plus. Plus is sold as an auto-renewing subscription and, where the app offers it, as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price, the period and what Plus includes are shown in the app and in the store before you buy, in your local currency and including any taxes the store collects.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. Apple or Google processes the payment; we never see your payment details.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel it. On the App Store, turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. On Google Play, you can cancel at any time before the renewal date, and the renewal is charged at the start of the new period. If the price changes, the store tells you before it applies and asks for your agreement where its rules or the law require it.
- Free trials: when the app offers a free trial, the purchase screen shows its length, the price after it and whether your account can get it before you start. Unless you cancel in time, it turns into a paid subscription and the first period is charged: on the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends; on Google Play, cancel at any time before it ends. On the App Store, any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Plus is tied to the Apple ID or Google account you bought it with. On a new device, use Restore purchases in the app. A purchase on the App Store does not unlock Plus on Android, and a purchase on Google Play does not unlock it on iPhone.
Cancelling
You cancel a subscription in the store you bought it from. On iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. After you cancel, Plus stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app or deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. If you cannot cancel a Google Play subscription yourself, write to us and we can cancel it for you; an App Store subscription can only be cancelled by you or by Apple.
Refunds
Refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from. On the App Store, Apple handles all payments and decides on each refund request at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot refund App Store purchases ourselves. On Google Play, you can ask for a refund through Google Play within 48 hours of a purchase, in your order history in the Play Store or through Google Play help. After 48 hours, write to us: we decide on each request and can refund through Google Play, for example when something did not work. Nothing in these terms limits the refund or withdrawal rights you have under the law of your country.
Fair use
When you use Cupline and our server, please:
- use them lawfully, and never to harm, harass or deceive anyone;
- do not try to break, overload or scan them, get around their security, or reach data that is not yours;
- do not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it;
- do not send us anything unlawful or abusive, or anyone else's personal data, through feedback or support.
We may limit or block access to our server features for an install that breaks these rules.
Health information
Cupline is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Readings, estimates, forecasts, plans and suggestions in the app are general information; they come from models and outside sources and can be wrong, late or incomplete. Talk to a doctor or another qualified professional before making decisions about your health, training, diet, sleep or medication, and never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something the app shows. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your data
How Cupline handles your data is described in its privacy policy. You can delete your account and data at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Cupline and our server running and correct, but we cannot promise that they are always available or free of errors. Features that rely on other services, such as Apple Health, Health Connect, weather or pollen data, or accounts you connect, depend on those services. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; if a change matters to you, we say so in the app or on this page before it applies. If you keep using the app after that, the updated terms apply.
Liability
We provide Cupline as it is and as available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data or profits, or for decisions you make based on the app, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing takes away your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes go to the competent courts of Türkiye, unless the consumer law of the country where you live lets you bring a claim there. If a part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
